F.A.Q.

Art is made of layers — just like life.
This FAQ is not a cold set of rules, but an invitation to transparency.
Here, each answer carries a piece of what I believe:
that creating is a political act,
that selling with ethics is possible,
and that beauty also lives in clarity.

🌍 Inspiration, Meaning & Ethics

What is the inspiration behind the Birds of Beirut series?

Born from the memory of Lebanon and the urgency of the present, this series is a tribute to freedom that persists even in zones of tension. Birds have no borders — just like art, hope, and the right to exist with dignity. Each stroke carries the question: how to fly when the ground trembles?

What does “GODIVAS” mean — and why don’t they show the body?

“Godivas” are the personas of inner resistance that inhabit my practice.
The original legend speaks of a woman who exposes herself to achieve justice.
My reinterpretation is different: true courage is not in imposed nudity, but in the choice to remain whole.
That is why my Godivas are gender-neutral, with no bodily exposure — their strength lies in the gaze that resists, in the gesture that affirms: “I am here, and I don’t need to undo myself to be seen.”

✨ This is art as shield and mirror — not decoration.
Does the shop have a real commitment to sustainability — or is it just talk?

I don’t believe in “eco-friendly” as a label. I believe in concrete choices:
On-demand production: zero inventory, zero waste.
Regionalized manufacturing: your print is made at the nearest center (USA/Canada), reducing emissions.
Premium materials that last: a canvas that resists time is an act against the disposable.
🌿 Sustainability, for me, is respect for the planet — and for the people who live on it.

📦 Orders, Production & Shipping

How are PHYSICAL products made?

With human and technical partnership:
– You choose the artwork →
– Printful (our ethical partner) prints on canvas, cotton paper, or metal, with archival inks →
– We pack with care →
– We ship directly to you.
🎨 Nothing is automatic: every step is supervised, because your art deserves reverence.

Where are they produced and shipped from?

In the USA and Canada — from the centers closest to your address.
This ensures:
⏱️ Faster delivery
🌱 Lower carbon footprint
📦 Lower risk of damage (less time in transit)

How long does it take until I receive my order?

– 🖨️ Production: 2–5 business days
– 📦 Shipping (USA/Canada): 3–7 business days

💻 Digital Products (E-books, Downloadable Art)

How do I receive my digital product?

Instantly. As soon as payment is confirmed:

You will receive an email with:
📎 Secure download link (valid for 7 days, 3 attempts)
📥 High-resolution file (PDF, JPG, PNG — depending on the product)
🔒 No DRM: your art, your freedom.

Why are there no refunds for digital products?

Because access is irreversible:
– You receive the complete file upon clicking

But: if there is a file error (e.g., corrupted PDF), I will send the corrected version right away.
